Bajji


Ingredients:

Big Onion -1

Tomato-1

Brinjal(small)-2

Potato(small)-1

Bottlegourd(small size)-1

Sambar powder-1tsp

Green Chillies-2

Turmeric powder-little

oil-4tsp

For seasoning:

cumin seeds-little

curry leaf-little

Method:

Cut the onion,tomato,brinjal,Potato and bottlegourd into small pieces.Split the green chillies.Keep the pressure cooker in stove.Seasoning the cumin seeds and curry leaf with the four tea spoon of oil.Add the onion,tomato,brinjal,potato,bottlegourd and green chillies and saute for a while.Add a pinch of turmeric powder,sambar powder and salt to taste.Pour a one cup of water and close the pressure cooker.After putting weight cook for all the vegetable upto one sound and after that off the stove.Wait for sometime to cool.Then grind the cooked vegetables in mixi
