How to make Thuvar Peas Fry


Ingredients:

Thuvar Peas-100gm
Big onion -1
Tomato-1
Garlic-3pods
Chilly powder-2 Tsp
Turmeric powder-little
oil-4 Tbsp
curry leaf- little
salt- To taste
Corriander leaves-little

For Seasoning:

Mustard-1/2 Tsp
Urad dhal-1/2 Tsp
Fennel seeds-1/2 Tsp

Method:

Keep the kadai in stove.Seasoning the items with curry leaf in four tablespoon of oil.After that add the onion and tomato saute for a while.The onion will be little brown and tomatoes are mashed.Then add the thuvar peas and saute for a while.Add turmeric powder,chilli powder and salt.Add one and a half cup of water to cook the peas softly.Peas will cook till the water gets absorbed and oil separates.Garnish with corriander leaves and serve.

Its very tasty side dish for Chappathi,Naan,Fried Rice...
