Crab Masala

Ingredients:

Small Onion-15 to 20
Tomato-1
Garlic-5 pods
Crab-1/2 kg
Oil-2tbsp
Salt- 2tbsp

To Grind:
-----------
Red chilli-10
Dhania-4 tbsp
Pepper-2 tbsp
Fennel Seeds- 1 tbsp
Jeera-1 tbsp
Coconut-2 pieces
Garlic-5 pods
Ginger-1 small pieces

Method:
---------
Cut the onion,tomato and garlic into small pieces.Wash crab and keep it aside.Grind a paste in the items given to grind.Put the kadai into stove and pour a oil.Then add the onion,tomato and garlic saute for a while.Then put the crab and saute for a while.Add the grounded paste and saute it for 2 mins.Add 1 cup of water and fry well.Switch off the stove.
