Mushroom Rice

Ingredients:

Mushroom - 1 pack
Big onion - 2
Tomato- 1(big) or 2 (small)
Green chillies - 2
Ginger garlic paste- 2 tbsp
Sambar powder- 1tbsp
Basmathi rice- 1 and half cup
Turmeric - little

To Season:
--------------
Fennel seeds - little
Curry leaves- little
oil- 4tbsp

Method:
------------
Clean the mushroom by tissue paper and cut it into small pieces.Cut the onion,tomato into small pieces.wash the basmathi rice and soak it for 20 mins with 3 cups of water,drain it.Put the pressure cooker and pour required oil on it.Heat the oil and season the items.Add ginger garlic paste and saute it while the raw smell goes.Then add the onion,tomato,green chillies and saute for a while.Add mushroom,turmeric , sambar powder and salt.Pour the 3 cups of water and wait for 2 mins to boil the water.Then add the rice and close the cooker.Switch off the stove after one sound comes.Open the cooker when pressure goes down.Mushroom rice is ready.
