Method:

Peel of the baby jackfruit skin and cut it into small pieces.In a small cooker and cook the palakkai for 1 whistle high flame with small amount of salt.cut the onion,tomato, and garlic into small pieces.Open the cooker when the pressure goes.Drain the water and keep it aside.Put kadai in the stove.season the items with 2 tbsp of oil.Add onion,tomato and garlic saute for a while.Then add the baby jackfruit,salt needed and ground masala.Add little water on that and fry till the oil separates.
