Pepper Chicken

Pepper Chicken
Ingredients

Chicken -1/2 kg
Big onion -2
Tomato -1(big) or 2(small)
Ginger Garlic paste-2tbsp
sambar powder-1 tbsp
Pepper powder-3 tbsp
Dhania powder-1 tbsp
Turmeric- little

To Season:

Fennel seeds- little
curry leaves-little
oil- 4 tbsp

Method:
------------
Cut the onion and tomato into small pieces.Clean the chicken and keep it in a bowl.Put the pressure cooker in a gas stove.Pour a required oil and heat the oil,then add the fennel seeds and curry leaves to season.Add the ginger garlic paste and saute it till the raw smell goes.Then add the onion,tomato and saute till the onion becomes golden brown.Add chicken and saute for 10 mins.Lots of water coming out.Then add turmeric,sambar ,pepper,dhania powder and salt.Pour half cup of water and close the cooker.switch off the stove after two sounds.Open the cooker when the pressure goes out.If the chicken is more watery ,then transfer the chicken into kadai and wait for the gravy will make thick.
