Ingredients

1.Fish-10 pieces
2.Chilli powder - 3 tbsp
3.Turmeric- a pinch
4.Salt - 1 tbsp
5.Tamarind juice - 1 tbsp
Method
---------
Clean the fish and keep it in a bowl.Add chilli powder,turmeric ,salt tamarind juice and mix well.Keep it aside for 1 hour.Then put dosa tawa or kadai in the stove.In kadai pour 4 tbsp of oil and fry one by one in a medium flame.If fry in tawa ,pour 2 tbsp of oil and put one fish fry in a medium flame.
